Rear wiper arm
Hi, ive tried to chamge my rear wiper arm after a car wash snapped it!! (Guess ill learn not to be lazy now) and i have taken the bolt off but there is another strange looking bolt i just cannot get off! I have covered it in WD40 but it isnt budging.. Any ideas? Ive read the other sections about it on here but most of them just cut it off and i would like to use mine again.. Thanks

you might be beyond a puller, you could try cutting it off with a hacksaw
