Citroen saxo speedo dial and odometer stopped working

My saxo odometer and speedo is not working, its been years that i have been having speedo/tacho intermittent odd readings or they stop and they work again but now the speedo and odometer stopped completely but rev counter is working fine.

I recentlt removed the immobilizer unit from the diesel pump but i replaced it with direct power from the battery instead, i removed the speed sensor connector and there is 12volts at the middle pin so i guess there is power to the sensor.

I inspected the speed sensor and there are not any broken teeth or anything but when i checked the resistance in its 3 pins there is infinite resistance, im guessing this is the problem? Maybe someone who knows what the readings should be can help, also worth mentioning i spun up the sensor gear with a drill and nothing changed, i even spun the gear up while it being connected to the vehicle and the speedo did not move.
