has anyone got one of these and have they had any problems with it, ive read reviews of them saying the keypads crack easily, may have been resolved now or people abusing the phone

Girlfriends got the light yellow one, I read all about the keypads too, but problem was fixed soon after, they released a revised model that fixed the problem..
Good all round phone

good good, im not bothered about all these snazzy things, as long as it texts phones and the camera is ok im happy

for text messages can you choose your own tone ie music ??

lol yep, does what a phone shoulld do, makes a call, sends a text and lets you take pics n mp3's without any hassle.. Camera doesnt have an LED light, an think they've taken the macro mode off, but still all round really good.

Can set mp3's as your text tones, yep, relatively small internal memory, memory card solves that easy enough

Haha, yea, M2 memory cards, can pick up a gig for under £15 on the'bay..

Not a bad deal there, although all these 'free ps3s' n things your kinda paying for still,

example..
£35 a month x 12 = £420 with the 'free' console etc.
or..
they'l have the same phone without the 'freebie' with an offer such as half price line rental for a year so you're sort of paying the different to get the ps3..
£17.50 x 12 = £210 with no console..

yeah the deal is from dialaphone

its 35 a month, for 400 mins and 500 texts, free ps3 40gb after 28 days

just a 12 month contract, phone costs 89.99, and the overall cost is £509.99, cant grumble really, better deal than i have now and i didnt get anything free, i get more minutes and for the same monthly fee

Ah, that is actually pretty good deal then..

Hopefully you like the phone then, one last thing you may want to get is this if you're going to use it for MP3's, as the headphones you get are almost impossible to keep in your ears if you move your head.

Can then plug any standard headphone jack into the phone then..

Edit: I may ask Sony Ericsson if I can become a salesman
