Cadwell Park - Weds 12th September or Weds 3rd October
Javelin track days have 2 dates that I'm thinking about doing. Didn't know if any other fellow 106/Saxo owners fancied booking one or both of these dates too?
I was thinking more 12th September then going to do Oulton Park on the 31st October.
12th Sept - £129
3rd Oct - £119
Oulton 31st Oct up at just £99 atm
Book here:

Both the 12th and the 3rd are fine for me. I am overdue a track day so most likely the 12th

is there things to crash into - rather like the fact that Blyton as plenty of run-off, im a complete novice.

Well if you wanna do Blyton because of the run off then that's fine.
My first track day was at Cadwell and it's an awesome track. Little bit of run off at the top but from mountain to coppice there's not much run off at all.
Just keep it on the track

Their is always things to hit on any track. It's part of the experience.
To be honest, if your first time on track you come off that bad that you hit something, your skill levels were WAY lower than you thought and you learnt the lesson you should have done. Start slow and work on getting quicker and the chances are you'll not hit anything as you'll reach your limits of grip at a slower speed rather than tear arsing into a bend a full chat, missing the apex and smashing into a wall.
Loads of people worry about crashing, BUT, If you go easy to start and get used to your car and the track and it's conditions you'll be fine.
