I've got a car with crappy ta technix coilovers installed. I'm going to upgrade this suspension, but wondering about leaving the spring and threaded sleeve. The problem is clunking and bottoming out widely commented here. Can anyone tell from the picture if the threaded collar is not tightened correctly (sitting too high)? I have suspicion that previous owner did something wrong. I can make better photos and some measurements later.
Also do someone have info about spring rate of this thing? I'm focusiong on bilstein motorsport grup n dampers and going back to standard spring. Eibach pro kit would be fast and common choice but I do a lot circuit racing and I'm afraid about pro kit beeing to soft for agressive cornering.
