i think the idea is fine and the fact that it was agreed that non saxo owners shouldnt be RMO's makes sence!
as for pleasing everyone its not going to happen

You really are pushing the boundaries now. You appear to have nothing benificial to add to the community. All you do is moan, and complaint, this is of no benefit to the community and the development of the site.
