Home Cinema Sound System
Hi, looking at getting a sound system to hook up to bluray player. Just had a quick look and was wondering do i have to get a compatible sound system for bluray playback or will any sound system work? Coz come across dvd systems and bluray system, so does that mean they only support one particular playback... which im sure isnt the case! Anyone know any good (cheap) websites to buy a system from? Thanks...
Though just thinking about it... a blu-ray system i assume will connect directly to blu-ray player, so i will only get the surround sound when playing blu-rays... but if i want the sound for like tv/dvd it wouldnt work... so i just need a tv sound system ???

There are loads of bits you need to consider, but put simply if you want to see the full audio benefit of bluray you will need a 7.1 system with PL Pro

It has optical digital output but with that budget your not gonna get anything better than using something like this with an RCA lead
