so only difference between elite and premium is colour and HDD size..... bigger HDD the better i guess though, especially as xbox has so much online. My PS3 40gb model only has 6gb left..... games like MGS4 install 4GB worth of data to the HDD just to play

I've got a premium with the 20gb HDD and even after with loads of map packs and add ons etc. I've still got 9GB left. You dont really need the massive HDD IMO unless you're gonna be storing music on it.
The 360 doesn't take up loads of space with 'installing' games. Couple of MB at most.

lol my post wasn't a dig at the PS3, i was simply pointing out to Daryl that the large HDD isn't neccesary for the 360 as it doesn't take up loads of space with the games on their own. It's only when you start downloading add on etc. that you'll be using the space. Saves him spending more money on an Elite when he could just get a premium...if he gets a 360.

Na lol, I am just intrested really. MGS4 takes a full 50gb blueray disk compressed, hence why we need to install it as well as run the disk. Just wanted to work out how many disks it would need to be put on to get it on the xbox more than anything lol
Heard Kojima is releasing a game for xbox eventually, based around MGS if i remember reading right.

jacko..... you have both ps3 and xbox dont you??? whats your opinion?
My mates interested in buying some of my ps3 games and id sell the ps3 on ebay.....
Id buy for the 360:
Ace combat 6
PGR4
COD4
TOCA GRID
Bioshock
Cheapest i found elite for so farr is £247 at novatech........cant find any decent bundles though

yes there is a gamestation in my local town! Not idea what they would give me trade in on a PS3 with 3 controllers (1 being the dual shock 3) 12 games and a bluetooth headset.. against a xbox 360 elite and games

sometimes they offer really good prices.
I paid £135 for Rockband with band in a box, with £20 worth of XBox points.
Got £115 back for it without the points...
so i lost nothing if you think about it!

i just phoned them. The PS3 consol on its own they are only offering £180.
The games and controllers he said they scan at till for a price.
Thats £120 less than i payed for it new........ recon i could get a better price for that on ebay?!
