Default Horn Fuse

Right well basically i was just driving about and then all of a sudden some girls worthy of a beep appeared so i went for it!
Butttt nothing!
So i was thinking it might be the fuse but i dont know which one it is to check as i dont have a handbook! Any help will be appreciated!
Also if its not the fuse then what is it? Was working fine today!
Cheers in advance! Jonny.

Might help,

The horn's fuse is the third 20A, from RIGHT to left (<---) on the lower case/line.

For Saxo VTS 1.4 petrol, left hand steering, 2001 model.
