I competed in the British drug free national powerlifting championships in Glasgow this weekend, I weighed in at 94kg and my lifts where
Squat, 220,225,230
Paused bench, 150,160 failed 166
Deadlift, 240,245,250
I locked out the 166 bench but was failed on my form, shame as it would of been a new British record
However my total of 640kg earned me second place, only beat by the 2011 world champion.. Not bad for my first year competiting ehh
Its safe to say in over the moon with how it went

Impressive mate. If you can get to the stage of squatting your 205 it would be more impressive though

Good lifts those fella!
I cant wait to get back into training, used to train with the owner of my gym who's an amateur strongman competitor (Colin Jones if you know the name).
Wish i never stopped training my lifts would have been epic now for my weight, when i stopped training i was hitting 205kg deads at 68kg bodyweight(im only short at 5ft 6!) now im a fat mess haha.

Fair play that's some serious weight your lifting, makes me wish I never started slacking with my own training
Btw a lad I train with has just turned 18, he's 5"10, weighs 114kg, dead lifts 250kg and bench presses 170kg. Can't wait to see how he turns out in a few years
Edit: he's 100% natural too

Dragging up your thighs doesn't actually count as a fail as long as you don't hitch like I do at the very end.
My gym lifts are always poor form as it doesn't matter. Ive never lost a single point when dead lifting in competition, which is when it matters.
