Yeah it's not just the speed, it's the buzz they give you. You feel you're right on the edge and everything's going to fall off, but you're only doing 70...haha! Good laugh they are.
Soon as I get space somewhere, ie a lock up, I'll be getting another!

I agree it did look good but it also looks the same as every other CC but I was just trying the bentleys on mine, my mate with the Leon owns the bentleys, and we put my Stuttgarts on his! Swapped back now though

Coilovers ordered with adjustable damping too!
Will be going in for custom exhaust soon too, at the moment got a 3" down pipe that reduces to 2.25" for standard system but having 3" all the way back and a tip on each side of the car.
Then just new wheels and Audi TTRS brakes!

JBradys VW CC
Coilovers arrived today! Adjustable ride height and 16-way adjustable damping.
Took 5 hours to get the front 2 done so will be doing the rears another day, ASAP The top of the shock thread was so shitty and rusty that we had to heat nut up and undo it a bit at a time but it eventually rounded off and arggghhh getting the old struts apart was a nightmare!
However, they're on although no pics of them fitted just yet! Wheels tucked just inside the arch but they've got another 30-40mm drop in them!

Sits nice and low now. Put some 3SDMs on, 20"x8.5j....they look awesome but rub like hell on all 4 corners and when there is more than one passenger it's so bad. Raised the coilovers right up and stiffened the dampers to max but still scrapes badly.
Not sure I'll be keeping them! Think 20s make it look a bit too high too so maybe some 19s are needed!

Looks badass. Much prefer those alloys compared to the thin spoked ones you had before.
What does it ride like on coilovers?

Does look good but like I say it scrapes like madddd:'(
Coilovers are fine! Got adjustable damping which takes literally 2 seconds to adjust so long journey I'll soften it off but even stiff, they're not bad at all!

So someone decided not to brake for a speed bump when I did and she went straight into back of me, cracked and dented rear bumper, smashed number plate light and ruined my pressed number plate
Claimed on her insurance within an hour and it's off in next week!

I was debating colour coding the rear bumper and side chrome strips yes but the wheels I want eventually, I want splits, gold centres with chrome lip so it would match the chrome on the car then?
Also when I come to sell it, I'd want to be putting it back to original state so be a ball ache.
Ideally need them wrapping!
