well..
My wideband arrived today, looks straight foward to fit ect.
But, how does it wire/connect with a predator ECU? it has two analogue wires one for gauge and the other says for standalone, but what do you wire it to?

On the stock narrowband sensor the wires go white/white/grey/black and that corresponds to Switched 12v/Earth/signal earth/Signal.
You ignore signal earth as you don't use it, then just power the wideband off the switched 12v and earth, and send the wideband signal up the signal wire.
Usually I cut off the plug from the narrowband sensor and get out the heatshrink and solder up a mini PnP loom so it just plugs in.

Think I got confused with the way they said to do it!

Thanks andy

not much more to do, just need to find a bit more enthusiasm..

What sort of oil feed and return pipes would be acceptable for a turbo.
Alot of stainless covered ones i have seen say not recommended for use near turbos..

Any pointers in the right direction would be great

An3/an4 for the feed, An10 for the return.

Have a look at torques on ebay for lines and fittings.

Will i need to uprate the fuel pump or will the standard cope with around 160-80ish?

Standard fuel pump will be fine for 180bhp no problem.

sounds good to me

Also.
Will i have to buy an oil filter relocation kit to use an oil cooler with the cituning setup?

i have a feeling with a sandwich plate and the filter, it will be touching the downpipe?

Might be worth measuring the depth available for sure - remember if you use a Renault 5 oil filter you save a lot of room - but if it's mega close to the manifold it would probably be worth changing to a remote filter I guess.

This is how much space I have at the moment, just thought with a sandwich plate it would be pretty tight :/

well, as i decided there wasnt going to be enough room for the oil filter and sandwich plate, ive bought a cooler and remote filter setup from kash on here. Many thanks,

My clutch turned up wrong last week and the correct one is due to turn up tomorrow.

What other hidden suprises can i prepare myself for when it comes to change the engines over?

so this turned up today

Also, my remote filter and oil cooler turned up,
Got the engine timed up, refitted the engine covers,

Also found the crankshaft sensor and offered it up, and come across a problem.

I need to move the turbo around a bit so i can get the plug on the sensor, but will it not get too hot from the turbo?

Got some bits in the post so can make my feed pipes up soon!

yeah, got a remote filter, but ill use the feed from tee-ing it off the oil pressure sensor.
It will have a shorter path to the turbo
