New BBM...help?

ok well i've just downloaded the new Blackberry Messenger, and its deleted all of my contacts.. any way of getting them back? and no i haven't got a back up

1) wrong section
2) get rid of the blackberry theyre wank! (im trying to get rid of mine)
3) alot of the contacts may have been duds

must have! theres shed loads of pages and groups on facebook where you can add random people... ive only got 12 on mine and one of the them ive met a handfull of times and gets me football tickets!
