Droid 2.2 with a few updates on top of that. Battery thing is 'Battery Indicator' from the android market, the facebook bit was a notification to say the pic (which was this printscreen) has uploaded!

yeah it jailbroke, then just put evrything in files and put them all on the second page apart from one (with all the shit i use daily)
