Default How often do you wash your towels

Hey guys, just used one of my older towels that ive had for about a year now. I found i had to pass over the car three or four times to get it bone dry where my newer ones take twice maximum..

I put them threw the washing machine everytime i dry my car with one in plain water no soap. Is this normal that they loose their "suck" within a year or am i doing something wrong??

I wash mine after every use and they do tend to work not as well after a while, but I just buy new ones.

I clean mine with just APC on a cold wash in the washing machine, leave them to dry as normal. Never noticed a major change in quality tbh.

If you washed your car properly you shouldn't need to wash them every time as your only drying up fresh clean water. I dry my car then hang them on the line till dry. Then only wash them once they start to smell or start looking dirty.

I use chemical guys micro fibre wash+ in a 30 degree wash.
