Very easy, you will have to take the grill off to remove the bumper

Rear bumper you need to remove the rear lights,unbolt the bumper from inside the boot.Then underneath the car theres some more bolts,& some fixings by the wheel arches as well.

Rear: do as Stevo suggested.
Front: theres one screw/bolt either side in wheel arch, will have to move arch liner out the way (bolts up to the wing). theres 2 or 3 screws running along the underneath (fixed to lower cross bar which rad sits on), you may get the ones up top just under the headlights if you remove the bits of plastic from under headlights, if not...lights will have to be removed.

sounds hard, but really isnt. I think thats it, been a long time since iv removed a front bumper lol.
