if you want to buy new, prob the 450D.

if you want to look into second hand items, get a 30d and a kit lens, be about £330-350.

id go second hand, let someone else loose all the depreciation and you pick up the cheaper product. so long as its all working ok.

cheers don, just got a message saying he likes the look of the 450D before i read your comment made him laugh, anyone else suggest anything ?
