My upgrade time wanted iphone 4 But?
got my upgrade
and i want a iphone 4
but because there having that meeting on the signal
and they are discussing a recall
would it be better for me to wait till after this is all done/sorted?
or get another phone?
what would you lot recommend?
i do have my heart set on the 4 though...

The rumours of a recall are just hear'say - ignore them. It'd cost Apple literally billions to recall the phone, so it'd be totally unfeasible for them to do so.
They're holding a press conference tomorrow to announce what they're doing about the issue. So hold out another 24hrs atleast.

Nope as its a hardware issue.
They are talking about giving away free rubber 'bumpers' that look cack

If those bumpers fix the problems with the antenna. Wont a normal silicone case do the same?
As those bumpers just dont offer enough protection for my liking.

yes, in fact a bit of insulating tape would fix the problem, just need to insulate the contact area between the GSM antenna and the wifi antenna so that your skin cant provide a contact between them

I don't have this signal issue with mine at all.
Tried covering the corner everything, doesn't affect the signal at all.

the iphone 4 doesnt sit right in ya hand, kinda like a mini brick the older shape was much better, id personally wait before getting one just to see how far the problem goes..
