I've not got an iphone 4 but tbh i'd probably buy one of those bumper things anyway, they look pretty effective at protecting it aswell.
As said when the new faultless iphone 4 comes out, the ones with the fault will sell for a fraction of the price

Nothing wrong with mine, it says "no service" and I can use wi-fi only until Monday due the sim being activated then.
Other than that, no problems.
The retina display is amazing, the HD Video Recording is pristine, everything else is fine.

In the keynote where they announced the free cases they said the White would start shipping the end of the month.
Since then they have announced problems in getting the glass White so will be delayed further.
It's mad that people are going on about the signal dropping so much, it's only when you hold it a specific way, which most people don't, and apple have proved it also happens to blackberries and htc phones too!

I got my new iphone 4 and asked guy in shop about the signal thing as he has one and he said if you download the 4.1 software as this solves all the problems that iphone 4 has like the signal. Ive not tried it yet as only got yesterday.

Not they make you go through the iphone app and order it
It would be nice if you could buy the case and they refund you.
But NOOO apple want to go through Apps 
Not sure if I should wait 3 weeks for my case or get another one for the time being.
Ordered a Zagg screen protector off ebay. I was advise everyone to do the same. Awesome screen protection, or full phone protect if you want it

..But them bumpers look rubbish, wouldn't even protect the back.

Watch the scratch test on the right hand side. Second vid down
Been making and selling these cases for years, they are definitely the best for screen protection and scratch proofing
But you need a case for drops and bumps etc

The iPhone 4 doesn't really need a case for protection. It's hard as nails! There must be videos that show this.
Apple only offer the cases to take your hand away from the metal edge to try and lessen the signal loss from the bottom left corner.

got a bumper. probably wont use it. doesn't loose signal, i didn't pay all that money to cover the bugger up with some tacky piece of rubber that makes sure i cant get it out of my pocket in any rush

Apple took the bumper cases off sale the day they announced they were giving them free.
The reason they are doing it through an app rather than buy a case get a refund, is to stop people buying loads and getting refunds for more than 1.
Doing it through an app they can limit you to 1 per iTunes account.
3-5 weeks I have to wait for mine.
I have another case I'm using ATM anyway, just getting my free 1 just cus I can :-)
I'm waiting for power support to release their anti glare screen protector because I love them!!
