... keeps on hurting like hell after being on the following...

Rowing machine
and Cycling Machine

I can only do ten minutes before my cheeks start aching.

Im not joking this is actually a serious post, i dont have piles or anything.

I'm thinking a large towel to soften the seats because they are rock hard which i suspect is why it hurts

glutials are a large muscle group! if they are weak it wont take alot to fatique them, although usually discomfort is caused by the seats being poorly designed. & poor technique!! use a towel fir now that cool & not uncommon...
