Default The 1st RX8 clean

Been ages sinse ive cleaned a car propely, and after desiding to keep my rx8 i thort i would spend a day on it.

How it was done,

De grease sprayed
2 bucket meth wash.
Hand dried
clay barred
washed again with 2 bucket method, auto glyn shampoo both times
Hand dried
Taped up
buffer polished. auto glyn stuff again, deep polish
de dusted
hand waxed.. photos speak more than words..

Coming in to parts as left between last wash and polish

Befor:

Clay after just the door lol..

After the clay and wash: dry paint.. Un edited!

Next came the ran, so quickly back into the garage, now stopped so going to tape and buff polish on update soon!

Lack off photos now due to time, took me 3 days, and still need to re fit seats, as had them vaxed

After clay and wash again, came out the buffer, after the 1st go, went around the car doing each panel at a time, then went around again, was only using a cheap halfords buffer with soft pads, nout special but came out really well!

Some reson i took all the photos off this side lol.. think it may be due to the sun being there:

Then i done 2 coats off auto high def wax, took me ages, lucky a friend off mine is currently away so he let me put it in his double garage to wax it, no photos as i forgot my camera, but picking my new DSLR up on friday so will take some at the weekend !

Enjoy for now

As you can see in the pics, behind the wheels is really bad for tar build up on the rex's

If its never been clayed before and had a hard life that amount of dirt is quite likely legit
