Default Front Bumper Scrape repair

Hey guys,

Looking to tidy my car up this weekend, a white van took a disliking to my car when I wasn't around and scraped the front bumper and drove off, as you do. Anyway, I was wondering what's the best way to tidy up a scrape? I've heard bad things about T-Cut, is there anything that would work better? Plus does anyone know how to find out what the paint code for your car is?

Cheers in advance

depends how deep it is really may need filling and painting. Best to post a picture up to show the damage.

Believe its best to avoid t-cut.
