Forum Rules Pinned in Each Forum?

I know we have the saxperience community rules inside the forums but should we have the FORUM rules made clear in each forum as it's obvious a handfull of newbs (and established members) are unable to read them when they initially sign up.

I really do think each forum should have a link when you click into it as a new member (for maybe up to 200 posts just to make the message clear) as to what is acceptable in each forum and maybe links to other forums from that.

Perhaps we could tie in a FAQ section as well each time a new member clicks into a forum.

I understand some work is involved in doing this but shouldn't be a mammoth task (apart from writing up all the forum rules and FAQs)
