Flaxseed Oil?
Hi guys,
Basically i have been looking at diets and what to take ect and it says at 9AM i should take 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil. Now i know thats just an example diet im taking that from but where would i get some Flaxseed oil and what is the best brand to use, or does anyone have any alternatives? i know this is an alternative to fish oil...

they sell flaxseed oil in morrisons ,u can also get flax seed in a bag from holland an barret mix it with ur porriage ect i take both and also 2 teaspoons of cod liver oil a day and a table spoon of olive oil

Gives you omega-3, it's just an alternative to fish oil
