Default weight lose is cutting 1% fat???

might be an impossible question but...

I think im roughly at 10% bodyfat and now im wanting to cut a little to maybe 7 or 8 %.. Im happy with my bodyweight now though and dont want to lose any weight... what should I be doing??

gaining muscle? then stripping fat.

The lower your bodyfat goes the more your body becomes catabolic when on a calorie deficiant diet.

so.. in theory i wouldnt need to lose any weight - just sort out a good diet??

If you wanna lose fat without gaining muscle (which is what normally happens on a cutting diet) you will lose weight. I wouldnt worry about weight. The mirror is what I worry about. If your happy when you look at it then your a winner.

Yeah, im going to bulk abit more i still see myself as skinny some days!! Going to try and bulk another 10lb or so now I have no job im going to eat properly for a month or two and then see where im at then.

Everytime i think im happy with how I look i put on abit more and decide i look better for it!!

Never be happy Make sure your still getting up early with not having a job. Try not to have more than 8 hours sleep too. Eat eat eat.

got up at 5am today and was at the gym 6 till 7. Keepin my same routine even though i have no job to go to. Last thing i want to do is doss about in bed most of the day..
