Defo wait mate. I was waiting on a knee op for about 3-4 months for damaged ligaments and cartilage to find out that they're not gonna operate for another 4 months, NHS FAIL!. Went out to play golf twice y/day and i've been put 1st on the waiting list for the op, damaged my ACL and MCL again!
Edit - (Pressed enter too quick!) After I've had the op I've been told that i'll more than likely need to stop playing golf and skiing for a good year or so, ski season is over so not fussed but i'll miss the 10-11 season! . I'll also be off work for about 3 months and then on light duties which is gonna be a fucking nightmare!
So in a chestnut, WAIT!!

Rugby was how I fucked my knees in the first place!
Suppose Skiing, Firefighting, squating and golfing haven't really helped...

The past week i have been jogging a 2 mile distance to get my fitness back. 9I know, it's not that hard of a jog, but when you havent been able to do it for ages it is ) The first time i ran it, i stopped 3 times, and the other few times i stopped twice, however today, i ran a 2 mile distance without stopping at all, im proud of myself, and now im getting the feeling back that i can play football again, it's been hard, but it will be worth it
