Help with new audio system..

Atm I've just got the basic saxo vtr audio system, and obviously I wanna upgrade it cuz it doesnt sound good lol.

From my old car I have kept the subs and amps (I've attached pictures of these), the subs are 1400w each and the amps are 700...all attached to a single enclosure box.
Basically, I would just like some recommendations to what I need to upgrade my saxo's audio, and I have a budget of around £400, but I'd rather keep the price as low as I can while still getting great sound as I'm not going to be using this as a show car or anything.

I guess I need a new headunit, front speakers and a wiring kit?
