yeh i have this problem from 5pm ish till 11pm. me and my bro researched it and aparently its your network provider!
We are with tiscali (bad idea!!) so we are going to try get BT or Virgin!

It is only to do with COD4 afaik so changing NP seems a bit drastic.
If it happens to me I unplug and plug in again my net router and PS3, problem sorted.

Random but.. is it me or is it less bullets to kill you on MW? no jugger etc. I can take more bullets on waw and own. Oh well.MW2 better not be like this.

I just generally couldn't stand the old guns.
MW2 doesn't look like you can take many bullets at all.

Oh the Spawn points are fucking shocking on MW!
I have spawned in to bullets, grenades, air strikes, helicopters.
Or when the enemy are spawned right behind you is annoying.
So is the amount of times I have died on a 6 kill streak!

lol you must be unlucky i never get that!
i only play dom or s&d or free for all and i get spawned in good places out the way.

That hasnt/never will happen lol
Except for shipment the spawn points are fine imo.
It will be the same for MW2 imo just depends where people run to/where they are camping.
