Default opinions on routine and changes?

Hi,

I've been training for a couple months now, aiming to bulk, then change to cutting after a few months of bulking. From what I have done I'm able to lift quite a lot more weight, but I'm struggling on my routine for my back, so suggestions would be very much appreciated. Also my diet could be better, but In the mornings I don't get much time to eat big like people suggest so I'd like opinions and help on my diet.

Diet,
7.30am- banana, 2 cereal bars.
8 till 9- workout
9am- protein shake
10am- sandwhich (chicken salad or similar)
12am- tub of pasta with a load of chicken breast or tuna plus apple, banana, yoghurt.
3am- more pasta same as dinner.
7am- Big meal, usually steak or chicken breast with potato and veg.

Workout,
I'm happy with arms, chest and shoulders but struggle on back.
At minute I do 4 sets of 6. I do-
Lat pulldown
Dumbell rows
Seated rows on cable machine.

Also I'm starting to develop love handles! What's a good exercise to get rid?

All help very much appreciated!

Thanks

try doing things afternoon, considering everything you do is am lol.

why dont you have time to eat properly in the morning, instead of cereal bars??

for your back, you could look at pull ups, single arm rows, or a good morning, but get the technique right with it first, otherwise you'll injury yourself. maybe you need to mix it up now, dont do the same routine too long tho.

If your wanting to bulk I'd go for a higher rep range of 8-12 reps. You shouldn't be getting love handles on that diet unless you have a terrible metabolism. I'd say eat more If your wanting to bulk and add some cardio to each session If you find your adding bodyfat.

nah mate,

bulking is really much better, if your reppin 6-8 reps, no more, thats what i find best, bulking is gettin bigger, by lifting more weight, if your doing more reps, you lifting less weights, and not gunna bulk as much
