I'm on 5.1 but want to downgrade to 5.0.1. Anyone know how?

You cant, even if you have SHSH blobs saved. Apple have stopped signing 5.0.1

I'm dreading mine crashing again and having to restore! Don't want to spend the best part of 3 hours restoring and redoing all my JB stuff

Just so others know, iPhone 4 and older CAN be downgraded provided you have the required files. iPhone4S, iPad2 and iPad3 can NOT be downgraded!
