Forum idea
While back I was told in a thread "pm a mod about it" - done this but took me ages of looking through threads to find an actual mod. What about a button on the top of the forum like "Report to mod" or "Pm a mod" or something?
Also this guy "Chuffy" keeps saying "Aye true" in every thread and its annoying as fuck, was going to pm a mod but couldn't find one.

If you look on the left hand side of the screen below your avatar and post count etc. you will see a hazard symbol. That allows you to report a specific post and an E-Mial will be sent to all mods so that we can deal with it

As above, every single post has a report button on the left hand side, which looks like this: 
Using this every moderator will be alerted.
Edit: There's also a link at the bottom of the forum page... View Forum Leaders which I think answers your question.
