CEE - Ethyl ester
does anyone use this - its like a hardcore creatine,... been using this for about 3 months now, quite good. Makes you go mental during training. ... Bit worrying at first but you dont really feel pain, this may just be me though lol

Been out a fair while i think matey, ive used both monohydrate and ethyl ester and to be fair they say ones better, but i never really noticed much between the two, think the only diffrence was this made me piss more than monohydrate lol

the cee is meant to be better than monohydrate cos it doesnt give you pains etc... (well at least its not meant to)

tbh i think i prefer CEE to monohydrate. i am using USN creatine X4 and my bicep session last friday left me so pumped i couldnt raise my arm to my mouth to drink my water because of how tight my muscle felt it was like my arm was too big lol

its not a bad type of creatine, only problem with it is yeah has good absorbsion and stuff.. but thats the creatine, then you have ethyl (alcohol) in your body aswell... tbh i stick to monohydrate.. simple but works
