hmm all i can suggest
- Spray the material, And the headliner
- get a spare piece of cloth and dab the spray glue so its not so "wet"
- Once you stick the material down, give it abit of heat, not too much (hair dryer or heat gun for a few seconds)
-leave something heavy on it over night so it holds the material to the glue for longer
All little things you could try?

Can some link me to some decent spray glue, the stuff I use is crap and in this hot weather we are having the glue melts and the leatherette comes un-stuck from the doorcard! It looks terrible!

Try evostick spread on stuff. It's not a spray but it sticks like sh*t to a blanket as it's solvent based. Comes in a red and silver tin.

Did this today, but no matter how hard I try I cannot get the bastard rivets back through the holes, you think its a viable idea to slice these badboys off and become best friends with duct tape/ glue? heh heh hehhh

I had trouble with those too ^
Real pain in the bumholio... managed to melt em and re-form them with needle nose plyers..
Off topic, but the headliner and doorcards from this guide is now up for sale (See for-sale thread)

Awesome guide!
Anyone got any idea what size torx screwdriver you need for the screws on the door card and the screws holding the speaker to the door?
I posted on here a while back about a cutting out problem with my stereo, Chased the problem to a dodgy speaker so going to replace the two, Nothing overly loud just a decent quality sound...
Anyway i just need to know what screwdriver im looking for!
Ebay is giving me T sizes? Not sure what that means but i may order some fabric at the same time and redo my door cards too
Just need a seat one now!
