Default 16v conversion won’t start

Hello there people I have a 1.1 2000 reg saxo and have recently put a 1600 j4 gti engine in it they both had 3 plug ecu and the chassis plug was the same size although some off the pins aren’t in the right place,however all the pins that could start the car match up and with my ecu being unlocked yesterday I’m completely baffled anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

Was your 1.1 ECU a Marelli 48-P2, a Bosch M7.4.4 or a Sagem?

My 1.1 Ecu was a Bosch all earths been checked could a Brocken knock sensor cut fuel and spark ?😀

I removed the immobiliser box from under the dash after I got my ecu unlocked will this cause any issue I disconnected it whilst battery and ecu where connected ��

Hello mate I’ve checked all earths I have no codes on diagnostics and everything is connected but still no spark or fuel any suggestions ??

Is the fuel pump working? You'll hear it when the ignition is on?

Also you say there is no spark, take the coilpack off, and spark plugs out. Put the plugs on the coilpack and then get someone to crank it and see if there's a spark.

Okay so I now have fuel and spark and when I turn it over it fires once then dies.. every time I turn it over it does this any ideas ������
