doesnt taste bad with water but is lovely with milk on your cereals.
I pay £34.90 for 2.27kg mint chocs my fave it also comes with a free shaker and a pit stop bar or a 250g tub of creapure.
Ive had nice gains on this tried a few other brands that upset my stomach and some actually made me feel sick from how bad it tastes but this is a good all rounder.
got few more sups to recomend but my dinners ready so will post up soon.

One of the best products I have tried, like many of the PhD range it is brilliant, and is a solid product. With this product being a UK made product it also keeps price down compared to other all in ones. The synergy flavours never get boring, as even with water they are thick and creamy yet easy to drink with no gagging. The Synergy product contains whey protein, creatine, L-glutamin aswell as the amino acid, and vitamin stack. The mix of this product is truly great with no clumps, in a typical shaker. This is my personal arsenal for the gym, and love it!

-Alex- PhD Pharma Gain 2.27kg
Link: http://www.tropicanafitness.com/view...harma_gain.htm
Another good product from PhD, while this product is not the most calorie dense gainer on the market it is the better for you. While I put on major weight from this product, I gained abit too much fat for my liking. The flavour vanilla also gets very dull and did make me gip towards the end. Mixabilty isn't great, nor does it smell nice. But weight gainers are meant to be hardcore, they will never taste great. But what you get for what you pay for is awesome, and while it seems I have downed on this product throughout the review I still believe it to be a brilliant gainer, and if looking for another gainer I would use this one, due to the quality of the ingredients.

these are good for when you go to the gym later on in the day (i go at 6ish) and need 1 abit of energy and 2 abit of protine and some carbs. i love em me i rate these highly as they have high protine in which is what i want.
the only downside tho these are the chewwyness off em like chewing chewy meat haha, and the price is bit steep, i get mine for £1.50 a bar which i dont mind spending.
on the go discreet protine packed bar that everyone should have in there gym bag.
