Well... Ive fucked my knee ha. Was only squatting 120kg aswell. I hate being tall sometimes, plus my chicken legs are annoying me ha.

On the plus side I deadlifted 170kgx2 this week. Im aiming for the 200kg mark

thats good mate im lacking strength on deadlifts and squats atm hoping to up them soon but my backs only just recoveredfrom an injury on my spine so gonna ease it in slow

Takes time like. When I first started the gym years ago I didnt even think of squatting or deadlifting. Wish I did though.

Used to hate training legs, now I love it but cant. Pain in the arse!!!!!!!

Ive got to say reading through this thread im smelling something a bit funny if you know what i mean. Ive been lifting weights since i was 14, nothing too mad and at 25 i can just about comfortably pres 70KG

So whatever some of you have been eating, i wouldn't buy it again! lol
