From memory, about 6pm gmt every tuesday for a new bunch of totws, but the cards can be found all week.
Incidentally, my Fanni is up for sale lol

Totw is announced at 3 then released in packs at 6 on Wednesday, has to be a SIF Suarez this week!

I think I'm gonna give up buying packs. I swear I just get constantely shit players. I honestly think I've only had two players rated over 80 and they weren't even good!
