Well although some may think it's a mistake etc. i'm fancying a change so going to get it vinyl wrapped towards the end of july.
Looking at going for this colour, unless I find an alternative I prefer by then.
Any similar colour alternatives anyone would recommend? Specifically the RAL number of the colour would help...
Slowly stock piling a few parts for a 450/500bhp build but not looking to go ahead with anymore power now until 2015/2016 as i'm using the car less and less I realise the power is more than enough for the country lanes at present, but still aspire for more in the future.

Can't say I'm keen on the matt black wrap idea mind.
Are you intending to just to the wrap, or are you tinting the lights / windows etc as well to "murder" it out as the kids say?

I've seen a few matt black evo race cars and to be honest they looked a bit shit in the flesh. I think photographs make the colour look better than it really is.

If you're going to get it wrapped at least find a decent wrap!
Matte black looks SHIT.
But at the end of the day it is your car mate.
Imo it will make it look cheap and tacky. It will look like the kind of car that spends a saturday night on an industrial estate like the one above. It will also look even worse if it's not clean, guy at work has a mk4 golf wrapped the same, chrome shit everywhere. He seems a nice guy but rocks the ghetto look. Obviously goes down well with people in that sort of scene...
I'd just get the paint sorted, iirc you can pretty easily! keep it looking fresh imo!

I say if you must do it don't go for matte. Personally I'd go for somethimg a bit out there like Renaultsport liquid yellow or a stand out colour.
