jsut so u know on new cars with digital miallage the millage is held on the ecu and the clock and if u fit say some clocks with 40,000 on it to a car with an ecu that sais its got 80,000 on it the ecu reads that clocks/ecu dont match and it then adds the two together so it would put 120,000 on the display and save it on the ecu. car manufacturers changed it to this to stop people clocking there cars

jsut needs uncliping its a bit fiddley as when u unclip one and move on to the next the first one clips back on so u need a few hands to do it but its easily done

15mins to remove the clocks from ur car, 1 hour to solder the leds and 15min to refit

Good point. Nice one for the guide steve im gonna get some of these leds and my bros gonna solder them in for me as id probably cock it right up. Would be cool to get the rest of the dash done with the dials, you reckon the LEDs are all the same?

Would love to give this a try, dont want to bugger anything up however.
As Cal said how do you get the rest of the dash to light up the same?
And is the redline on the rev counter for example a different colour bulb?

no u jsut use the same colour bulbs e.g all blue as the red is produced from the filter on the dials so thats what makes it red where the rest of the dials is clear on the filter allowing the blue to shine through
