ok once its de-wipered i have herd bout things such as 'rain-x'?? can any1 enlightnen me on wot this is? and how dya get rid of any water on ur rear window once the wiper is gone? guessin u jus....dont?

rainx is like a polish that you put on the window and it makes all the water bead straight off so you can see through it better

The shaft connected to the wiper arm sticks a couple of inches out of the window if you don't remove it, so best to get rid! easy to remove it anyway, plus saves a bit of weight

I tried to do this, got nut off but cant get the wiper off, dont wanna pull hard cuz dont wanna break glass and i dont wanna cut the wiper so dont think there is any way around it.

some are very stiff. Mine was easy but i did Stokesy's (mk 2) and wouldnt come off so had to hacksaw the nut. Only took a minute with a junior hacksaw but sometimes you'l have to use the hacksaw if it doesnt budge with penetrating fluid (WD40, GT85 or PlusGas)

myone was really stiff to start with what i did was put some dw-40 on it then turn the wiper on to get it in then it came off a treat!!

I have to replace the wiper I put a lock because I removed the locks from the doors and the trunk..

is a convenient way to not be locked out of the car ..

Well i put some Spray Lubricant on it and couldnt get it off, maybe i should try again tomorrow and also try your method. I want to be able to put it back on for free to.

Hi i can't get te nut off on top of the wiper its reli stuck. I tryed spraying wd40 on it but still dosnt budge i reli don't want to use alot of force either don't want to end up smahing the rear window any ideas

im a bit confused i had to hacksaw the wiper arm off and now theres just a tny bit sticking out what do i do next cause the grommet wont fit on it
