You tend to get what you pay for. I would expect to pay more then that on a reconditioned head never mind a quality ported head. There was another company selling absolute lemons on ebay not that long ago. Don't know if it is the same company or not but for the price I would not expect much.

That does not mean anything. So do the people selling magic fuel saver magnets, electronic super chargers, fanciful ecu chips and so on. It is simply because the people buying these things don't have a clue and cant tell there being ripped off. Not saying these people selling these heads are the same but just saying feedback really does not tell you anything.

sold for £165 which if the work is good is very cheap, his ad says he specialises in jags etc.
ive spoken to him and he will also refund £30 if you exchange your old head for one of his.

Hello Johnny_vts i would first like to ask you what experience of gasflowed heads to poo poo mine and secondly please visit www.rollingroadtune.co.uk for a brief outline of the company that i was working out of in my own time in evenings to make some pocket money with these heads. My company is now called CFM Engineering LTD based in reading where i gasflow and modify cylinder heads to a very high standard and can provide you with dyno plots from vw, pug, citroen, bmw any many more, yes i agree the prices they heads were selling for is very cheap however this is because of doubters like yourself the last 106 we did belongs to a chap in reading called Rory and we made 168bhp 142lbft with a set of cat cams and a flowed head, again i can provide figures and printouts of this. 90% of my 16v heads make a minimum of 100bhp/ litre (flywheel figs) and many of them make up to 120/ litre . im more than happy to do you a head for our outright price of £375+vat with a no questions money back policy if it doesnt make lets be safe and say 145-150 with stock manifolds and a fuel pressure reg providing of course your engine and fuelling system is working as it should

You guys used to be ccengines didn't you? Did you used to have a guy called Simon working for you? It is strange that you have used a different name for your ebay account as reputation is everything in tuning. There are so many people cropping up over night pedalling shit for a fast buck. Just out of interest with the ported head getting 150bhp at the flat what sort of wheel power was that?
