Cheers man! Couple of days to let em dry properly and laquer harden a bit! Rushed them a bit thinking of a different colour now though....

On that note...Thinking of changing the wheel colour, dont want black as its over done, and the white is a b*tch to keep clean, so what colours do you reckon would suit it?? Going for a more subtle look now....

How about gun metal grey? That would look nice

I would recommend either mk2 vtr seats or gti leathers Or bucket seats.

How's the car going? Still a money pit?

GTI leathers are possibility...

Right had another decent think and decided I need to stop messing about saying keep it sell it....so it IS staying, if i want it or not.

So summer plan (money dependant)

- Piper Manifold
- New exhaust system
- GTI leathers...
- Stubby ariel/ remove ariel altogether (cut the original for now)
- Remove re wiper schooser thing as its never worked!
- Freshen up the wheels, another coat of white
- Repaint callipers Red/Yellow
- New door badges
- dewiper
- Possibly checkered mirror caps....

Very long term maybe bodies etc etc etc....but probably not if i am honest....

Right....been trying to sort out all the knocks and bangs on the car today. Torsion bar was squeeling like a bi*ch so thats sorted, my heat shield bolts, well one or two, sheared a few months back so thought that was causing a rattle.... turns out its my baffles have gone in my exhaust. Was going to get a a SS in the future, but its brought it closer as this is a good excuse.

Thinking of gettin a piper one.....

Any other suggestions? dont want to spend millions..... Needs to be from manifold back....
