lol that section eddies in is about a 3rd of the actual set up, theres another mixer/3rd sometimes, plus a few more CDJs (can kinda be seen in second pic)
The booth is to high up with a low ceiling for me.
The massive mixing desk on the left handside in the first pic is the techies toy, then theres a huge dual/tri monitor touch screen mixing desk to control the lighting.
I spend most of my weekends in that booth

About time I saw a DJ wearing proper headphones not those cheap and tacky Sony and Technics headphones!!!
The 200's look lush. I think my set needs updating. Somebody want to make me a good offer on 2 CDJ1000's and a DJM500 mixer?
and why the hell is he trying to blow up the preamp in the mixer by maxing out the individual channels and master out?????

2000s are £3k a piece iirc.
You can bring your whole set on a usb pen and because they are linked plug it into one and mix off each one, the leds and monitor on them are massively adjustable etc...
Sound guys dont seem to worried about how they system is being used tbh.
RE headphones, most guys use the indivudually engraved pioneers or senheizers

There not going to be available in the Uk for quite a while, and when they are they'll be offered to big clubs first, then shops after.
I dread to think what the price tag is on one of these, let alone a pair.
CDJ's arn't my cup of tea. I'm more into the Midi Controllers. I love the Numark N97

Why dose everyone mention SSL? There's nothing even special to it. Its so basic hence the reason it never crashes.
