No one paying any attention to the second mixer then I take it.......
It's far easier to have different djs tech riders set up and ready to be switched from the main mixing desk than fucking about in the middle of their sets.

The next DJ would be able to spend half hour setting his mixer preferences and cue points, rather than tapping the current DJ on the back, asking him which channels the decks are plugged into haha.

Quite a few guys dont like the 2000 and prefer the 800.900 nexus. This can cause issues if say a headliner wants the 2000 and no one else does.
You also have djs like sasha/digweed/maya jane coles etc.. who all use allen and health.

Generally when you mix you don't play 4 tracks at the same time

Generally 4 tracks playing together sounds like skrillex having an epilleptic fit.
Worth watching Zabeila though and how he works his set up.

With 4 Decks there's some right mashup potential to be had haha. Just get two pells that are in the correct keys. Do a nice mix and bring in those pellas at different bars for good effect.

The guys who I have enjoyed the most are the scratch perverts.
Bringing in stupid vocals ontop of break versions of the prodigy for example.
However most local djs who try and do 'mash ups' its cringeorama.

I like to call it "cut n shut" dropping in the odd beat or bar into existing mixes

Acapellas 4 U have a massive library, However their search function and general website is a bit long winded. Also, many ( not all ) of their pella's are uploaded by the users.... I.e., some 12 year old who thinks cutting all the bass out classifies as a quality acapella. Having said that, there are some good studio pellas knocking about on there.
Thats the free way. Now for the paid way.
I-Tunes. A lot of them are covers but they are very, very good covers for about 75p in proper studio quality and once you've mixed or produced a track, you usually cant tell the difference between a good cover and the original.
