Default deca durabolin + testosterone enanthate cycle progress

Right thought a few people might be interested to watch this thread i started a deca durabolin + testosterone enanthate stack on may 1st.
Im jabbing 4 ml aweek 1ml of Deca 1 ml off test twice a week for 10 weeks, drop the deca run test for a furthur 2 weeks Then 3weeks from last jab im on a 4 week pct with clomid+nolvadex.. This is all been done under supervision of some highly experienced bodybuilders of course heres my progress:

stats at start of cycle (1st may)
22years old
5.10ft
73 kg

routine:
5 day split .. sat Sunday rest days

diet:

7.30 am: oats hand full of almonds whey protein

8.30 am: gym

10.00am whey protein , Mackerel in oil (one tin)

12.00pm one chicken breast , boiled potatoes , peas , carrots

2.00pm normally couple of fruit and few spoons full of peanut butter (love this stuff)

4.00pm small beef steak ,boiled potatoes, peas and brown rice

6.00pm bowl off oats hand full of almonds

8.00pm whey protein

10.00pm spoon full of peanut butter then bed

first progress pics (21st may 74.8kg)



will update again in a couple weeks.. ( and i know haters going to hate so do one if you going to cry on about steroids )

been on and off for years but started back up at end off 2011 when i did some time at hmp just been released day before first pic

What lab test e and deca you using?

Diet wise its change a few things:

7.30 am: 100-200g oats hand full of almonds whey protein

8.30 am: gym

10.00am whey protein , Mackerel in oil (one tin)

12.00pm one chicken breast , boiled potatoes , peas , carrots

2.00pm normally couple of fruit and few spoons full of peanut butter (love this stuff) whey protein

4.00pm small beef steak ,boiled potatoes, peas and brown rice

6.00pm bowl off oats hand full of almonds whey protein shake

8.00pm Omlette 8eggs, 2 yolks, ham, mushrooms or whatever tickles your fancy

10.00pm Casien shake and spoon full of peanut butter then bed


Even that means your having 5 shakes a day. Could do with getting more solid protein.

Plus post workout I tend to have a solid meal 1 hour after training with some carbs in it. Waiting 2 hours might mean you miss the 'window' in which your body uses all nutrients ingested.

Alpha pharma are g2g and Ive heard good things about visible edge labs.

Is the deca 100mg/ml? if so its pretty pointless running it at 2ml/week.

the deca is 200mg/ml , thanks im quite happy with results so far body fat is coming down steadly and surely

yea first cycle i got warned away from deca for a first cycle but was told and seen the gains it gives when run with test e

To be fair Id do more like 16 weeks and run some hcg up to your pct. Your first cycle will always be your best, make the most of it

would run an extra ml of deca so youre getting about 1.5:1 of nandrolone to test.

I no you said 'haters gon hate' but im not hatin but im just wondering why you feel you need to do it? Ive never done it so just intersted to be honest. Do you not think you could of had the gains without juice? Ok it may of took a few months longer but In my opinion you can tell the difference between juice / natural and natural looks alot better and has no side effects. Ive had mates with bad acne from juice etc.

You can get acne from drinking milk ffs. Plenty of ways to get rid from creams over the counter to accutane.

The way I see it, no one is natural.

Natural bb's all take creatine yes? For what reason? To fill muscle cells with water for size and strength! They take mass amounts of amino acids yes? For what reason? Anti catabolism, quicker recovery etc etc.

Steroids do all of these. They way I see it, if you stay natural is because your either scared what people may think of you, or just cant source it.

Why do you think prohormones are so popular? Because they are readily available to buy and people don't carry the same prejudices.

The government says they are bad so we mustn't use them right? Fucking puppets.
