doorcards DO match the dashline, they dont match the glovebox, but who said it ever should?
looks really really good for a 1.5d haha !!

i owned a 106 a few years back a 1.4 on k reg bloody loved it.. best fuel consuption i got was 63 mpg, it seemed to use oil more than diesel also had a 306 dts great fun to drive.. now weve just bought a 2003 206 hdi fr my wife. lets see what that brings.
aly. your doing a great job on you car and looks sweet on the 205 rims!!
fyi before spelling police get me, not interested!!

tbh its only been taxed yesterday, so i drove it back on sunday, last it was taxed then parked up since. 1st impressions i like it. seeing as only a 90 bhp 2l it felt pretty nippy. its a LX and is better specced than my ZR td lol... told the mrs's il drive this for a while make sure its ok hehe....

I had a D Turbo which is similar spec, I put a stage 1 map on mine but mapped or unmapped mine always ran lumpy, then the clutch started slipping so I got rid.
If you block off the EGR valve and get a map they go well

Haha they dont need to know, anyone can guess with the sound of a tractor as you drive up the road Btw, i think dents in the drives door is a diesel thing, mine has pretty much the same dent!

Glow plugs have all gone now I presume.
That squeaking sound is my drivers seat and not my axle too.
Starts fine when warm or after the initial start, as in my other thread I'm going to change the glow plugs but this is what they are like when they are dead lol

NGK plugs, £30. changed all 4 of mine and it's still rough to start.
Not quite like that, I had no plugs work at one point and it started better than that.
Also, you didn't hold the starter long enough the first time. You start diesels wrong
