Yup! It was dispatched last week and the guys is doing other jobs on the way! This guy paid for it beginning of the month but asked me to hold it till a certain date due to him going away! It's really pissing me off as the bloke who's delivering isn't answering either which is not helping my case!!

Mate, if you refund me and the cage get's here after all i'll just transfer the money back. I dont want to pay for stuff i don't get and I don't want to have stuff that i didn't pay for.

Well, Jay got everything deleted here for some reason. But here's a nice update for you guys:

Jay said he was going to get me my money back. But keeps trying to postpone it. He wanted to get it back to me in monthly stalments. I didn't agree with that and sent him a message. But now it get's interesting.
I just got a message from a guy on RR that he picked up the cage at Jay's place last saturday. I haven't seen my money yet. So i'm off to the Police.

Are you 100% that the guy you got a message off isn't the guy who picked it up to deliver it to you?

Also, if you don't want your posts deleting then perhaps posting your issues in this secton http://www.saxperience.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=134 would prevent it from being deleted. I think the reason it would have been deleted last time is because this isn't the correct place for it.

Yes. He picked up the cage, paid for it and collected it.

Got another message from this guy with Jay's adress and phone number.
The phone number matches to the number which Jay gave me, which he said was the phone number for the courier... And the adress is a different adress then Jay gave me.

Right we agreed to wait till Sunday to see if the cage was delivered it wasn't!!! So u agreed to refund him but I can't do it all in one go as I've in the middle of moving into my own place so u said can I pay you installments, this would take 2 months tops to pay back as I don't have 350 laying about as I had to pay for a removal van, car transporter etc....

It's not like I'm saying I'm not going to refund you!!! It's just me saying I can do it over 2 months????

I've never have you my address mate? And the cage was picked up weeks ago? I've had alot if interest in that cage before it sold so numbers where exchanged etc....

I don't see your problem mate! Your getting a full refund? Why be a dick?

Also what police station you got the number for as ill happily head there now as be there for when you phone!!!

1: You gave me your adress when i asked for it. Which was in Herne Bay, Kent, while you live in Barnet, Hertfordshire.
2: You gave me a phone number, which was supposed to be of the courier, which is your own phone number.
3: I NEVER agreed on you paying in installments.
4: I asked for Track & Trace delivery. You agreed and would send me details. Never got them.
5: I get a message from a guy that he bought the cage from you and he picked it up last saturday.
6: You agreed on refunding me everything today, then you ask for paying in stalments which miht take 2 months?

I don't believe your stories anymore...

Okay I find this hard to believe as many know in here I work a fucking lot and I was working all last weekend???? Also I didn't agree to refund you all today I said if it doesn't come on Sunday ill arrange a refund! I would of got you tracked or traced but it would of cost you alot more which you didn't want to!!! I was getting quotes of 200-300 delivering to you but I went out of my way to find a courier for your price range and I told you it would t be tracked it traced an you were fine?

As said before my name number and address was fine out to loads of people months ago as they were interested and tbh mate your pissing me right off as I don't have the cage here and it went weeks ago to you! Now I've said ill refund you so stop the bitching as your getting your money back!!!!

Anyways to some this up you will get all your money back but over 2 months as I don't have it all now as explained aboved! Pm me your details again ad I will arrange 2 payments into that account!!

I'm off to go enjoy my day off and finish my packing etc.,,,

Yeah you told me about the adress. But why give me a different one? And why give me your phone number when i ask for contact details on the courier?
