New TV need help
i got £500 to spend on a new tv i dont know where to start lookin for one its needs to be HD but thats about it just want the best picture for XBOX 360 to be honest already got a 32" SONY standard tv but want something with a sharper better picture, asda has a 50" own brand for £450 but i dont know how good it is lol
god im such a noob at this type of thing

Hmmm I would usually go for a top brand if your splashing that much cash. Have a look at the Samsung range, they make awsome TVs. You should be able to get a 42" for £500

do not get one from asda mate, the refresh rate on a 50" lcd from asda will be like watching a tv with a shadow constantly in the background!

what brand should i be looking at as i have been looking at dixons online and they have 10 15 tv's in my price range
so confused

Go for a samsung mate my 32" cost me £500 a while ago hd ready built in freeview blah blah best investment i ever made. Part from the sax of course

Look for the highest contrast ratio mate i think mines 500:1 but get higher!

Also try and get a Full HD rather than HD ready, will be better picture on your xbox
