Usb cable to computer normally? or bluetooth if the comp has a bluetooth dongle as such? then from there should be simple e.g Media player to burn to disc.

So it finds the phone? Does it let you play the songs?

First try making a cd with song that are already on your computer and if that dont do it do windows updates and see if there are any updates that need doing that maybe stop it from doing it. It will also download the latest window media player if you dont alreay have it

Where did the songs originally come from? bluetoothed from other phones? or directl from a computer?
If from a computer they are most likely in MP3 format... not sure if your phone supports wma format but should still og on a CD if they are...
As mentioned above, try making another CD with songs already on your WIndowsMedia Library... If it works then its most likely the wrong format in which case you have to find out the format of the files and research ways of converting them to MP3
Hope this helps
