There was a guy on one of the apple forums that claims to have installed OS X on a iPad 2! Not sure if he was talking out of his ass but it would be fucking awesome if you could!

surprised if any idiot considers putting some windows crap on an apple device tbh. Then a tip, don't refer to the daily fail when it comes to technology. They usually make it all up or copy/paste their information from other tech websites.

you're only streaming it though so not actually installing anything... but true you dont buy a mac product to then use microsoft... its like buying a Bugatti Veyron but driving at the speed limit...
